Treatment of personal data
Information pursuant to art. 13, Legislative Decree. 196_2003 - PRIVACY POLICY & COOKIES

Pursuant to art. 13, Legislative Decree 196_2003, named "Code regarding the protection of personal data", the undersigned Company, as owner and manager of the treatment, informs that the personal data acquired with reference to the commercial relationships established, will be processed in compliance with the aforementioned legislation.
In relation to the aforementioned treatments, the aforementioned Company also provides the following information.

5. The Customer may object to the processing of personal data concerning him for the purpose of sending advertising material, direct sales or for carrying out market research and communication. 8. TYPE OF DATA PROCESSED

9. PROCESSING METHODS PERMITTED - The processing of personal data must take place in such a way as to guarantee respect for the rights, fundamental freedoms and dignity of individuals, with particular reference to confidentiality and personal identity. In particular, the data must be treated lawfully and fairly; must be accurate and, if necessary, updated, relevant, complete and not excessive in relation to the purposes for which they are collected or subsequently processed, kept in a form that allows the identification of the data subject for a period of time not exceeding that necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or subsequently processed. b) the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including those that do not need to be kept for the purposes for which the data were collected, or subsequently processed;
c) the attestation that the operations referred to in points a) and b) of this paragraph have been brought to the attention, also as regards their content, of those to whom the data have been communicated or disseminated, except in the case in which this fulfillment proves impossible, or involves the use of means manifestly disproportionate to the protected right.
The interested party has the right to object, in whole or in part:
a) for legitimate reasons to the processing of personal data concerning him, even if pertinent to the purpose of the collection;
b) to the processing of personal data concerning him for the purpose of sending advertising or direct sales material or for carrying out market research or commercial communication.

11. CONSENT TO THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA - Having carefully read the information pursuant to art. 13, Legislative Decree no. 196_2003, the Customer gives consent to the processing and communication of the indicated personal data in the terms specified therein.
